These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CatOS mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using CatOS, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country or region, to use CatOS.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping login credentials confidential, and all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use CatOS for unlawful purposes.
- Do not interfere with CatOS operations or security.
- Do not upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not reverse engineer or exploit CatOS except where permitted by law.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CatOS a limited license to store, process, display, and use that content solely to provide requested services and features.
AI Features and Veterinary Disclaimer
AI-generated insights may not always be accurate and are not medical or veterinary advice. CatOS does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases or medical conditions.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are governed by Apple’s terms and policies. RevenueCat may be used to validate and manage subscription access.
Intellectual Property
CatOS software, branding, logos, interface design, graphics, written content, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events beyond our control may affect access.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CatOS and its owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or when necessary to protect the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the owner of CatOS resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
